CHECK LIST

Documents to be attached with the application form: 

1.   Nine copies of the application form, duly filled in, along with all the enclosures. 

2.   Application fee of Rs.5,000/- in the form of Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting payable at New Delhi. 

3.   Copy of the Articles and Memorandum of Association of the applicant company. 

4.      Copies of preceding 3 issues/editions in case of an existing publication  of the applicant company. 

5.      In case the applicant Indian company has had foreign collaboration earlier in the same or different activity, copy of the Approval Letter issued to them. 

6.      Copy of the draft Agreement proposed to be entered into with the foreign entity. 

7.      Copies of details of Debentures, Loan agreements, Shareholders Agreements in connection with the investment proposal. 

8.      Copy of agreement of largest Indian shareholder referred to in Clause 3A(iii) of the guidelines. 

9.      Copy of Annual Report for preceding 3 years in case of the existing Company. 

10.  All columns have been duly filled in and none has been left blank. 

11.  Declaration(s) have been filled in. 

12.  Application has been signed. 

Note: - Incomplete application forms will not be accepted.
